Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, our return policy is limited.

1. Returns
We cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered and opened, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment.

2. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for:

  • Orders damaged in transit.

  • Defective products.

  • Incorrect orders shipped.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt, with photo evidence of the issue. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.

 
Shipping Policy

1. Fulfillment
All orders are roasted, packaged, and shipped by our fulfillment partner Dripshipper. Typical processing time is 3–5 business days.

2. Shipping Times
Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays.

3. International Orders
If offered, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
